Hi everyone! There are very little contests on at the moment so I am adding one: local music! Basically pick a famous folk song from you're country/local area and just give a brief description of it. Also provide a link to it if possible. This is just to learn about other cultures and everything but I guess for the guidelines if you explain how it is relevant to your country's culture, history, etc. then that will help you win the contest :)

Rules:

Don't have one that is innapropriate/hateful to another culture or group, even if there is a reason as to why. We are not looking to talk about rivalries but friendship :)

Don't have a song with swearing. I think a song that anyone like children could hear/sing would be better. 

I'd prefer if you pick one that isn't particularly obscure but if there is a really cool obscure one then please feel free to explain it :D
