Hello, I’m Zaylee, and considering that this story is not about me but about my best friend I'm not so important.

Xavier was my best friend and I did something that I can never forgive myself for and frankly what happened after will stay with me until I die. I think that it's now time that I tell what happened in my small town that is literally known for nothing but the ‘incident’. The ‘incident’ happened because I left, my best friend went into depression and then let a demon take over his heart and soul. I will say this now before I start, whatever happens in this story even if it is all just a dream it felt real, I'm not sure if it actually did happen, but I will tell it like it happened and you can decide for yourselves if it was real or just a figment of my messed up imagination.

It began with a whisper, and more whispers joined it until it was a deafening wave of sound. Raven Carrie was kidnapped a mere 5 hours ago, stuffed in a dark car and bound tightly to restrict movement, riot and unexpected revolts.

Each being, in this world, was born with a tattoo on their neck. The tattoo is a rating, of how dangerous you are, or in some people's cases, how pathetically weak you are. Raven Carrie was born with a 10, an extremely rare rating. Even mass murderers are only around a 7 meaning that Raven is more than just an innocent girl and that's just what meets the eye.

What will happen when Raven gets mistaken for someone weaker than she actually is, by a werewolf nonetheless.

What does it feel like to fly? To have the wind behind your back and under you wings pushing you along?

It was a snowy day, Emily and Keshia were walking along the streets of America. Why? You may ask, well Emily and Keshia were sent here by their parents to ‘Live’ for a while in America, because of A) a sarcastic introvert hiding in dark rooms all on day on the internet wasn’t good enough for ‘the real world’ and B) because we can’t do anything on our own. So here they were, two girls exploring the world without any idea of what to expect.

Little did they know that just around the corner, the most feared gang in all of America was having a meeting; a meeting about finding new blood; female blood. Now by blood they meant, new gang members, whether they had to take them by force or not. Their last IT member was shot dead by the gang leader for fucking up his job, now he wanted females, at least 1 because they were easier to handle - or so he thought.

Join Emily and Keshia on a journey full of Americans, Gangs, Hackers and the ‘occasional’ sarcastic comment, or two.

This story came out of Tamaki16's (Emily) head one day so we started to write this (just like what happens with every other story we write together).

And as the title suggests this what we think would happen to us if we happened to be kidnapped.

This story reflects our personalities all too well and practically describes us. But some of the things are an exaggeration of the truth. Emily and I can't do anything other than make jokes and write stories.

This was an assessment that I wrote in class under exam conditions (I had 50 mins) so it may not be my most polished work but I hope that it all makes sense and is enjoyable for everyone. (There is no blurb written, I'm sorry).

Why Today is a short story that was used for my English assignment. The short story is based around a young adult called, Ava. Ava has had a troubled past and was ditched onto the streets when she was 12 years old. Ava's father was a spy and her mother died during childbirth. She has no family left to turn to when her father "passes away". Ava suspects that he was murdered, he would not just leave her to fend for herself, to be alone and scared. Every day Ava goes into central London and watches all the people around her, their comings and goings. wondering where she would be if she had a family right now. A man from the crowd approaches her, he is dressed in black from top to bottom. This mystery man talks to her for over an hour and she begins to like him. But she doesn't know his secret.
