I know you have an answer, but I love the Undertale OST. It's pretty diverse, and the music is amazing.

Two Steps From Hell is an amazing group to listen to. It's all orchestral music with choirs on occasion and they got a lot of emotional or intense songs that are good inspirations for certain scenes. I'll sometimes listen to Queen, Pink Floyd or David Bowie when I write. It's strange but I find Pink Floyd's music has a very calming effect on me.

@JellyKat, Yay! I thought you would. I love it too. It's been one of my favorite tunes. I am a huge fan of Howls Moving Castle. It is one of the best animations I've ever seen.
