This is a poem of a very strange habit I have: I talk to myself sometimes. I'm not crazy! It just helps me organise my thoughts and let my mind breathe a little. It usually happens at night and/or when I'm alone. I just wanted to articulate it somehow. Maybe you might do it too..? Maybe it's just me..? Who knows?
