It's been 110 years since the balance was tipped and Ragnarok was triggered prematurely nearly destroying the nine realms. With Valhalla all but destroyed, the gods were forced to retreat to what was left of Midgard, The Earth, to reincarnate and start anew to avoid complete annihilation at the hands of The Trickster and the betrayal of the century.

With humanity gone and The Trickster unable to regain access to Midgard, the Earth has cleansed itself and re-taken what was. The powers that be have finally decided to rebirth the gods... only this time everything will be different.
