So, the children of the prophecy have made it to the shores of Hilgaria. They’ve traveled a long way from their homes. Now that they have figured out where they need to go next, they just have to get there. But there’s just one problem; a body of water stands in their way. The Waters of Abdomes. Ifthey make it across these waters they still have to get to Duelgestein and claim the prize that must not be named.

But with their friend, Skylar, presumably dead, they don’t know what to do. They also have a friend who could be part of the prophecy as well. But Luke isn’t so quick to accept the replacement of someone he loves. And he holds out hope she’s out there somewhere.

With Boromir dead, they can finally relax. Fewer attacks are being brought on them since the Dueglesteiner’s leadership is gone.

But can they make it? Will they find the prize?

Or will they fail and die trying?

Eona's first memory included supernaturals - one who threatened her life and the other who saved her on that particular night. But growing up, she was taught that werewolves and vampires were not real. That they just belong in tales and old legends, and that they were only characters in stories used to scare children at night. A fiction. With an innocent mind, she believed them. Until the time when she started to question everything.

She started to doubt when the normalcy she was brought up with didn't seem so… normal. The things she was made to believe were actually the same things that made her doubt. When the truth she was made to believe became lies in an instant and everything normal was turned upside down, Eona was pulled into a world her family tried so hard to keep her away from.

Even though she knew it was dangerous, like a moth to a flame, she was drawn into that world. A world where humans like herself obviously do not belong to - the world of supernatural beings.

The dangers did not stop her from delving in deeper. Eona found it more beautiful than the world she currently lives in. And her unending curiosity brought her to meet Rouen. She didn't know what force it was that kept pulling her into his world. But fate couldn't be more cruel and unfair because the answers she sought came to her on that one fateful night. The night when Rouen made a vow and Eona literally… died.

Thousands of years ago, the once great and powerful Kingdom of Solomon fell, sinking under the dunes of a vast desert and took with it a great many secrets. Η Έλενορ Τζόνσον, ήταν μια συνηθισμένη κοπέλα. Είχε λίγους φίλους, μια δουλειά που την πλήρωνε όσο χρειάζονταν για να καλύπτει τους λογαριασμούς της και προπάντων την οικογένεια της. Στα 24 χρόνια της ζωής της, τίποτα δεν είχε πάει στραβά.

Σε έναν κόσμο εντελώς διαφορετικό από τον δικό της, εκείνον των φανταστικών πλασμάτων, μια γυναίκα την παρακολουθεί μέσα από έναν τεράστιο καθρέφτη. Στο πρόσωπο της είναι χαραγμένο ένα χαμόγελο, τα μάτια της όμως είναι δακρυσμενα. Κοιτάζει την κόρη της, που της πήρανε προτού καν μπορέσει να την κρατήσει στην αγκαλιά της και στην έστειλαν να ζήσει μαζί με τους ανθρώπους. Γιατί είναι μια από λίγους.

Μια από τους λίγους που σύμφωνα με την προφητεία θα έριχναν την τύραννο βασίλισσα και θα φέρνανε ξανά την ισορροπία στον κόσμο τους.

Δεν κάνει τίποτα. Απλά έτσι όπως κοιτάζει, αφήνει δύο δάκρυα να κυλήσουν και παρακαλεί τους Θεούς να γυρίσει γρήγορα , την στιγμή που κρότοι και κραυγές ακούγονται από πίσω της. Η ώρα της τελειώνει.

This story started out as an assignment for my creative writing class, but morphed into something bigger. Lets see how this goes.
