What originally was an intentionally fresh and fun travel experience has become a blend of anxiety and terror stalking in the corner of Cays’ mind. As the should-be therapeutic holiday turned into a concurrence of nostalgic but painful experiences from the past, Cay has yet again been driven into his own turmoil.

As each passing stop and city, Cays’ retrospection about his past is not helped or worsened by Judas, his travel companion whom he met not long ago before the trip. Judas is as mysterious as Cays’ sudden occurrence of past events. Yet at the same time, a timely company.

As the duos’ travel nearly reaches the end, Cay succumbs to his darker side of despair and self-destructive nature. Without Judas’ companionship and inhibitive feelings growing for him, Cay may lose his mind completely, or somehow be led by the mysterious companion to find retribution that he solely thinks he deserves.

This novel speaks of life, or of a broken individuals’. Cay seeks redemption, while Judas follows his own sense of direction in the way of living. As they venture from one beautiful city to another, will the benefit of staying together outweigh the increasingly awkwardness between the two? And will Cay mentally survive his past haunting and become whole again?
