Chapter 32
There was no time for a breakfast meeting, we just continued finishing up our tasks for the party. Since I didn’t have much to do, I cleaned until the afternoon. But the party was going to be tonight. So I had to hurry.
Some of us took breaks and left the room. I cleaned the walls, floors, and transported tables and chairs to the main hall.

My body was aching. In the end I had no break because it was the party. I was going to pass out. There was juice and pizza. Akira was holding a paper, writing something as people asked for food. Amaya walked over to me holding a glass of juice. “Now this will light up the mood.”
I gave her a thumbs up. “Yeah.”
“You look awful. Are you okay?”
“Yeah, just aching and exhausted.”
She downed her glass. “Okay. Let’s dance together and grab some juice.”
Before I could resist, she pulled my hand and ran. She spun me around like crazy and we danced.
“Okay, juice time!”
I waved my hands, head spinning. “Nah, you go ahead. I’ll pass.”
“Are you sure?”
I nodded.
She dashed off.
I sat in the corner and sighed. People are smiling again. I felt a little relieved. I should head to bed though. I left the main hall and went to my dorm. However, there was a radio in front of my door. It was old and dusty. Curiously, I took it in. What is this? I turned it on and rolled the panel. It was static at first, but the voice became clear. “Testing, testing! Haha.” It was Asami’s voice. What the hell? “Was that good?”
Then the next voice was also familiar. It was…mine? “Yeah, that was fine.”
I continued to listen.
“Then this mic is good.”
“What do you need it for?”
“An announcement. If needed.”
“Yeah sure, you just wanted to sing.”
“Heh, so what’s been bothering you?”
“What’s been bothering me? Oh, uh-Kaitlyn, that girl in our class, she just pushed down that huge staircase.”
“What an asshole. But it's fine. There will be no more Kaitlyn.”
“Are you actually?”
“She’s going to end you first if I don’t do anything about it. Besides, I never get caught.”
“You really don’t,” I laugh. “You’re really cool sometimes.”

I gagged. “No,no, I’m done.” But the radio kept playing. It was a news reporter’s. “Tonight at BZZZZZZZZZ a highschool girl Kaityln Frost was found dismembered in her own locker at BZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. The police couldn’t find the evidence and no track of DNA but found an aside evidence for the culprit. The culprit was another girl in Kaitlyn Frost’s class, Madeline Mirai. And is now arrested. Stay tuned! The radio stopped. My eyes widened. “What did I just listen to?” I smacked the radio down and lied on my bed. Forget it, forget it, forget it. I shut my eyes tight, forcing myself to sleep.
