Let me introduce you to "Hood City" this place is located near a part of Costa Rica, a city described as the city out of time, this due to its quite classic atmosphere similar to something you would see in the 1930's but believe it or not it usually look like a futuristic city at the same time, this because of the millionaire people who also live in this place and who finance a bit of the money to also make this city stay "alive" in their own way, but still with all that said likely It is also one of the most dangerous cities, with the heaviest mafias and criminals that you can find, we are currently in the year 2002, there have been reports of sightings of a man in a red suit and with what appears to be a sword behind him, his intentions are unknown for now but from what is known, he seeks to end mafias like Big Alfred's who have been attacking his men lately, whoever he is seems to have some personal conflict with him to do this, there have been some who they want to see him as some kind of defender or red knight, however for all of us we just see him as a simple "vigilante" who will not last more than two days alive if he keeps doing this, even so it is unknown where he gets his tools and Who is behind the mask.
