I was able to locate a not too dated image, albeit the clothing is if he were in the world today rather than back in the medieval fantasy- which is where he would have had more plain, desaturated clothing of browns and greys that better fit the olden times of yes.

Despite being decently healthy and around the age of fifteen, he only stands at about five-foot and barely weighing over a hundred pounds without his bag
More often than not, he either has a "intense concern" or "done with life" expression depending on which arc he's in (this being late arc one, early to mid arc two)- his hair length also changes quite often depending on the arc (early arcs have shorter hair, shoulder length minimum, while the most recent arc has it down to the small of his back)
Also more often, he's 2% leg (which is a joke me and my friends make); this is usually a joke to the fact his boots are usually knee-height, and his baggy clothing makes his shirt usually go to the same general area, leaving only a small bit of knees (which also made the joke of 'no knee Raven')
He's considered a support and glass cannon as of arcs one and two due to low health and armor class- mixed with a high magic damage- but he recently became a tank as well, ironically, due to some spoilers for late arc two and arc three.
Nobody is sure how, but he's survived a lot of things he shouldn't have. Being a wizard with low constitution, he has a very low health number and low AC due to his other physical stats. Of course, he mainly survives because everyone is somewhat protective of him, and by sheer luck.
He's often mistaken as a full-blood elf or as a girl- sometimes both

Raven both hates and likes that some of the more front-liners try to protect him; "wow thats nice of you guys- but for god's sake, you'll get hurt", which is why he usually joins the fray just to heal and provide support; this has luckily helped keep all NPCs alive up to this point
Due to his more polished speech patterns and liking of herbal teas (he loves nature), people usually joke that he's British against my will
