You were walking along the top of the crested hill that over looked the trainee camp. The stars were showing faintly through the partially clouded sky, the moon shining down through the clouds giving just enough light for you to make your way along the path. You liked to walk here at night, it allowed you to clear your head and think with out interruption, you were heading toward your favourite spot, a single apple tree at the peak of the hill. You made your way along the rocky path toward the tree pausing occasionally to look down at the camp below. you noticed the dim light of torches emerge from the cabin you shared with Eren, Reiner and Bertolt the shadows danced around slow flickering flame. You could hear Eren and Reiner’s voice, you knew they were up to something, probably going to peek on the girls… as was the monthly routine for most of the boys at camp.
You chuckled softly to yourself, you notice that Bertolt wasn't with them, he was too nice to engage in such activities as peeking in on the girls, neither were you for that matter, you weren't really as interested in the girls as most of the other boys in training were.

You had totally fallen for her. You blushed as you thought of her beautiful smile. She didn’t smile much… but when she did, it sent electrifying shivers down your spine. You and everyone else around you knew about the massive crush that had only grown for the petite and pale blonde. Those mystic blue eyes… Annie Leonhardt . You knew you had no chance yet you still couldn't help but like her.
Something about her just got your heart racing. You didn't know if it was her stoic nature,cute (in your opinion) but sharp looks or the cries of pain that she left behind whenever she was finished on the hand to hand field. But luckily, with the help of your best friend Eren, you had managed become really close friends with Bertolt and Reiner The only two people Annie ever bothered talking with.
You were hoping to change that you had been making small moves throughout out the year that you had been at the trainee camp and had only now just been able to get her to exchange more then a few words with you but it had been progress.you reached the tree and sat beneath it grabbing an apple that had fallen from the branches you took a bite and closed your eyes leaning back against the trunk you let out a heavy sigh it was hard to think that you were under the constant threat of the titans when everything here was so peaceful you heard a sharp yelp informing you that Eren and Reiner had been caught and they had payed for it you let a smile play across your lips before sinking further back into the ground the sharp autumn air blowing through your hair you wrapped you cloak more tightly around yourself before drifting of to sleep with thoughts of Annie in your mind
You were lying on a grassy patch of a hill over looking a wide spanning river the sky was clear and the moon shown through giving off more then enough light to see the beautiful blonde that lay there beside you clearly.
“th- ah the stars are breathtaking tonight don't ya think”
Annie sighed “Your always so shy (name) we've been going out for like 3 months and your still stuttering I mean we haven't even kissed yet…its like your only going out with me for the sake of i-” before she could finish her sentence your lips lock at first she is to surprised to do anything but once she got her wits about her she kissed back you held for a long time it was just a normal kiss nothing special no tongue or moving just plain and on the lips. when you finally broke of you just stared into each others eyes
“uh um wha well that was nice” Annie managed to stutter out blushing deeply
you laughed it was rare to this side of Annie the cute and flustered girl that was beneath the hard exterior she smiled shyly and laid back down “your a good kisser you know (name)”
“you were my first Annie” you say trying not to sound giddy from all the butterflies that you had in your stomach “you were mine too” she reply going back to her normal stoic nature but you knew that she was pleased you lay back down and just look at the stars for a few minutes before you hear the grass shuffling besides you.. signing you start to get up to head in the other direction thinking that Annie was leaving you after your display of affection only to feel arms close around you protectively as Annie's head borrows into your black shirt having no idea what to do you panicked and patted her head lightly blushing. giggling a little she gently moved your arms with hers she moved them around her waist and pulled you in tightly the moon shining of the lake faintly illuminating the area around you making the scene even more serene When Annie finally spoke up it was but a faint whisper “(name) I lov- I really Like you a lot don't you ever doubt that I just don't know how to express that sometimes but Please please don't ever leave me” you laugh a little “I love you too Annie”…
your eyes slowly drift open, the sun was out. your back was sore from sleeping on the ground, and you felt something pressed up against his chest, then you remembered Annie laying her head atop his chest And you smiled.
“I love you so much … You are my everything (name)” Wtf??
you face turned beet red as you registered the voice, there was no doubt about it. you heaved the supposedly sleeping girl off his chest and shot up.
“Ow! I didn't know you liked it rough… I’ll remember that in bed.” Eren smirked, then burst into an uncontrollable fit of laughter.
With his face still red you tried to change the subject,
“Eh Eren! How long have you been there?!”
“Long enough to know about your horny little dream!” Just more laughter. “Isn't that right Reiner?”
“Yeah.” Came a voice from some where above you, you looked up to see Reiner dropping out of the tree and landing were you had just been laying. Your face goes a even deeper shade of red
“it wasn't horny… nothing happened! And since when have you been here?!”
“We came after we finished peeping on the girls.. heh heh, It didn't end well.” you face palm and sigh.
Eren got up and walked over to you before continuing,
“Mikasa and Annie saw us peeking on them getting changed. Mikasa punched Reiner in the face, hence the bruise…” He gestured to Reiner’s face. Reiner pointed to his cheek.
“And Annie round house kicked me, giving me a black eye. But then Mikasa tackled her… It was actually pretty hot seeing them wrestling in there underwear.”
“You guys are such pervs you know.”you made a face of disgust at the two horny males.
“We only follow our instincts.” Eren replied smugly.
Just as the three were about to head back down the trail to get breakfast at camp,you heard the sounds of foot steps behind him. but They weren't heavy enough to be Reiner’s or Eren’s… Thats when Mikasa and Annie rounded the corner with annoyed expressions on their faces. When Mikasa glanced at you a cynical smirk played across her face.
“Why are you hanging out with these guys (name)?… Were you peeping too?..” She raised an eyebrow.
“Eh?! N-no! I wouldn't do that!” you defended.
“Oh Really?…” She picked you up by the collar of your shirt and much to your surprise and dismay, smashed her lips together with your own. Your eyes darted to the left were Annie stood your saw her face contort with rage and her fist rise you tried to push away from the powerful black haired girl who held you but her grip was to strong you couldn't get away you saw the blur of Annie fist heading towards Mikasa unfortunately Mikasa used your face to block then everything went black
