Mentors have three primary jobs:

- showing new authors around the site
- recommending reads
- helping new writers with anything they are stuck on

Can anyone think of anything else?

How are we actively seeking out people who need help? Are we posting comments on certain works? How are we advertising our services?

Well I'm hoping that most people will come by themselves, but if you notice any new writers then you could push them in this direction. Also the word will travel if everyone tells their followers about it.
