"Swaps" are one of the more popular features of Figment. Here's how it works:

-FIRST you ask someone if they want a swap. If they agree, go to step two.
-SECOND you read one of their works (if they suggested one for you to read then read that one, otherwise read whatever you want).
-THIRD review it to the best of your ability.
-FORTH wait for their review on your work!

And that's it! Super simple, right? Here, you can ask for swaps strictly on Figment, strictly on Penana, or a combination of the two!
