To Kill or Not To Kill. That is the Question.

Okay. I've got an ethical question for you guys.

Is it really considered murder if you kill someone, but it's provoked?

Hmm... well, if you look up 'murder', it's defined as "the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another."

And you don't really plan to kill someone in self defense, so no, I don't think it would be considered 'murder'.

But, I guess it depends if you killed the person you're defending against on purpose or accidentally.

depending on the situation it can be justifiable homicide. People tend to use the term murder as a synonym to murder when in reality it isn't the same thing

depends. If, by provoked, you mean, make you angry and you kill them, then yes it's murder. but if it's defense, then no.

Ok being serious there is no justification for taking ones life  no matter the circumstances however that doesn't mean i would never commit murder seeing as i am able to under stand why a number of people would commit murder and because of this I believe if conditions where extreme enough I could indeed take out this action
