Her head laid wan on the sill, dear Eve had nowhere to place her eyes as round as an apple. Raised involuntarily, dressed as dull as the sky outside, the door was left swinging slow as Eve headed to the corridor – the nearly lightness corridor of where she started her day.

The identical cement ground all over the city has been made a perfect match with the greying sky. Eve’s hard heels were hitting lightly against the ground. Noises around her, the same old rusty orchestra that had kept playing the same old sheets of lines of notes for the 200th time in a year, it was July – the rhythm of the tickling crossroads; beeps and brakes squeezing sharp yet enormous nuisance from yet another bus coming …… Eve, with a dry umbrella enveloped gently in her hand, her other soft hand gripped at the iron railings, so as not to fell apart in the morning commute.

All works of no words had not made Eve a dull girl as it’d have done to Jack who was trapped in the snowy mount. He was thirty-five…… Quite up to a certain scheduled session in which certain things in his life were about to be not the same and then remain the same for as long as one shall live. ‘Water……’ young Eve whispered. Having her light coffee sipped and rolled on the channels of her tongue a bit slower than a ticking clock, she raised her body slightly, gave a blank gaze on the checkered workplace mazed with dusted blank polyester boards. Her eyes faded slow and eventually died away as the clock struck twelve.

Eve’s default phone ring had varied a bit of her daily soundtrack.
- Hello
A thick deep voice rose deep from the person’s throat
- It’s me, Evvy, I am me. Just that something has come up and wanna say ‘hello’.
Eve was calm as a milk pond and showed no signs of any emotions or feelings that would affiliate with her look. She plucked her ears with a bud on each side, and a mixture of old voices were echoing in her drums.

The sky hadn’t turned directly from grey to black that day. That day, by the time the roof went violet, Eve decided to turn left than the usual right and put a foot on a chain of trolleys on the tracks than the ones in plastic. The trolleys went giggling and jumping along the steel track as they broke through the towers of stone fences that shaded the well-known landscape and shaped the skyline, and at the same time organized what noises be made or not be made in this deliberation. As the twigging trolleys prevailed on the track, Eve sunk herself in the dark trees that flew with the wind from the east, roaring waves that battled themselves to land onshore… She clutched her eyes, and a deep breath which chilled her chest.
Her head falls lazily on the blank sill, gives it an involuntary raise, dressed, leaves the door swinging slow as she heads towards some rather warm colours and lights, as hopeful as her eyes. The four bob heads were playing “Here Comes the Sun” in her ears.356Please respect copyright.PENANACO1IB3kJa1
