"Don't fucking lie to me Kevin I know what you did to her. She told me everything. I would recommend you check those ingredients on that 'special' beer I let you have." A few minutes after that Kevin's paws went up and this time he wasn't playing dead.

I had it all worked out. It was now time for my next step. Chop up his body. It needed to look like some sort of meat. We had a barbecue coming up with the rest of us in the clan. No one would notice if it tasted like meerkat anyways. None of the women remember what her children tasted like so they shouldn’t find anything weird with the ‘surprise meat’.’ It would be the perfect time to get rid of the body. Then I could make something out of his skin.

I dragged the body to the shed where I completed the rest of the plan. I made a bed cover out of his skin. I roughed it up and dyed it so when the others came over none of them would notice.

The day had come I had marinated Jeff’s remains, he was ready to go on the barbeque. Everyone was slowly coming in. My wife was completely ignorant of my plans. Our children had no idea what was going on besides that they would be serving food.

I got many questions about our new bedcover when our guests came in. Many of them said it looked similar but couldn’t quite put their finger on it. If they were able to. I did have backup plans.

Part two of my plan was starting soon. My wife got the meat out of the refrigerator and told me to start up the barbeque. I had heavily marinated Kevin so no one would know.
