I loved this book! The combination of dystopia and royalty was just chef's kiss. The character development was amazing and I loved the descriptions! The romance was also fantastic. I would definitely recommend it! Great to read if you like dystopian storylines, romance, and royalty.

Honestly, while I still enjoyed the book, I didn't enjoy it as much as the first, considering that it was a bit slow, and the love triangle was very back and forth. It felt very repetitive, but I understand the purpose it had in leading into the third book. I would recommend it if you plan on reading the whole series and enjoy a love triangle.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This book was very interesting and I really enjoyed it! It incorporated a lot of symbolism, which was interesting to find and discern. It has older language, considering that it is an older book, and the relationships and religious views written about were very interesting to read. I'd definitely recommend it if you're in the mood for a classic!
