Dorito Love follows the journey of Mina, a second-generation Latina in her early twenties, as she embarks on a path of self-discovery. When she encounters a friendly and enigmatic young man at her university who claims to be her fellow student, she realizes that she is attracted to both men and women, discovering her bisexuality.

As Mina's life takes unexpected turns, she is confronted with her ex, igniting a mixture of anger and confusion within her. Caught in a downpour of English rain, she finds herself stranded at a train station. It is here that she encounters a captivating stranger, whose presence awakens a hidden part of herself that she had never before acknowledged or explored.
