Once upon a time, in the heart of the greenest jungle, where trees touched the clouds and rivers sang all day, lived a proud lion named King Rugo. He was fierce, strong, and ruled all the animals with a roar that could shake the leaves from trees.

Not far from the lion's den, in the tallest tree, lived a clever little monkey named Miko. Unlike Rugo, Miko wasn’t strong or fearsome—but he was quick, smart, and full of tricks.

Chapter One: The Boast

One morning, King Rugo stood before the other animals and roared, “I am the greatest creature in this jungle! No one dares to challenge me!”

The jungle animals nodded in fear, but Miko, swinging above in the treetops, chuckled loudly.

“What’s so funny, monkey?” the lion growled.

“You may be strong, King Rugo,” said Miko with a cheeky grin, “but brains are sharper than claws.”

The animals gasped. A challenge in the king's presence? Unheard

Chapter Two: The Challenge

King Rugo’s eyes narrowed. “If you’re so clever, little monkey, then prove it. I challenge you to a jungle contest. If you win, I will share my throne for a day. If you lose… you will serve me bananas for a week!”

Miko bowed. “Deal! But I choose the contest: a race through the jungle—with a twist!”

Chapter Three: The Jungle Maze

The next morning, animals gathered at the edge of a thick jungle maze full of vines, hills, tunnels, and mud traps.

“The first to reach the Golden Tree in the center wins,” Miko said, grinning.

“Easy,” the lion growled. “I will be there before your tiny tail hits the ground.”

The race began! Rugo charged through the bushes, smashing branches and leaping over logs. But soon, he got stuck in thick mud and lost his way in a dark cave.

Meanwhile, Miko zipped through the treetops, using secret paths only monkeys knew. He swung, flipped, and laughed as he followed his own map drawn from memory.

Chapter Four: The Lesson

By the time King Rugo crawled out of the cave, tired and covered in mud, Miko was already sitting atop the Golden Tree, munching on a banana.

The animals cheered. The monkey had won!

Rugo lowered his head. “You are truly clever, Miko. Today, I learned that strength may rule a jungle, but wisdom rules the world.”

Miko bowed. “And sometimes, your greatest strength is knowing what you're not good at.”

From that day on, King Rugo made Miko his royal advisor. And though Rugo remained king, he often listened to the little monkey with the big ideas.
