This idea came to mind as i was searching short story writing prompts on pinterest and found one that peeked my attention. I then wrote my short sotry using the prompt which was "Start you short story with this opening line: The flowers died on Monday".

This is a short story about a girl which gives everything she has but no one likes her, i employed the metaphor of different flowers. Hope this made sense lol and have a good time ;)
