AIKEN - @Oliiva, I see. All symptoms have appeared on last Saturday? Did they happen at the same time, did you have a cough then nausea or you had both at the same time. What did you vomit? Is it liquid or solid? Also, how bad is your cough? Do you have a sore throat? What country/city do you live? Have you been travelling lately? If so, where? PS. 35 is lower than average temperature; I suggest you measure your temperature again to be more accurate.
Oliiva - @Aiken Dao,yea it was it was more like bad cough that start to have and my nose started to run then it got bit worse then later on my cough got bit worse so when i cough really hard, i threw up and it was both liquid, and solid when it all came out so i had rest my stomic for while from my noon time,(in TX time) i been resting all day and there i had some honey, so that kind work as well.. not that i know of it more like bad cough i had..
AIKEN - @Oliiva, I see. First of all, it's likely to be a viral infection. Honey is natural cough medicine, which helps to relieve your sore throat and reduces coughing, but if it is not getting better within a week, you should see your GP or family doctor in case it is something else. I would recommend you to drink plenty of fluid, including hot soup, tea and water. Make sure you are hydrated. It can take approximately one to two weeks to recover. If you have a fever, difficulty breathing or other severe symptoms, you should see a doctor immediately as it may be influenza A.
Oliiva - @Aiken Dao,yea and i hope so as wel and oh ok i will cause i havent been sleeping to well last nit i been up or half of the nit coughing and spitting up mucusic (cant spell it) when i cough it all in my chest, so yea.. but i been taking Vitc, drinking ginger tea, warm lemon water with honey, having hot soup, having honey as well..
AIKEN - @Oliiva, Yes, steam can moist your throat and open your airway, and reduces the irritation caused by inflammation. It is used as a treatment for croup, which is also a viral infection. However, steam doesn’t clean your interior chest, your immune system does that. If you felt chest relief, it’s probably because your chest muscles were relaxing by the stimulation of warm water or temperature. Anyhow, steam is not a bad thing for your body, as long as it’s not too hot.
