The small, tight knit community of Binford, Louisiana, a town situated directly on the edge of the bayou, is a quiet community in the current year of 1957. Aside from the odd meeting of some of the local White-Hooded nuts, the town is as sleepy as it gets. At least, it appears to be, to those not from the lazy redneck paradise. The real connections of the town, and those that live within it, to things far bigger than any of them, and some would argue, the town itself, is all too obvious to those who live there. Not the whole picture, obviously, but they all know bits and pieces. Just enough bits and pieces, each, to know something isn't quite right with Binford. Bits and pieces, when put together, create one hell of a puzzle full of intrigue, mystery, and ties that no sleepy southern town should have.
