First of all I would like to say that I am not suicidal nor do I suffer from depression but for those of you who are and think that they are alone and I want to publish some stories that others have written so that you know you are not alone.these are real stories written by real people.

I do not ow any of these stories and might unpublish this book because of that I hope this book helps anyone who needs it.
