Dale got up and gave a speech. Catalina was not paying any attention to the speech at all. All she could do was stare into the crowds in front of her. The board began to clap but there was not a single face that smiled for her. That encouraged her even more to keep her job. Even though she didn’t want it…at least not at the moment, there villainous heart made her want to force it down their throats that she was a favorite of her grandfather and he’d give her anything she’d ask for. The company was hers, and they weren’t going to take it.
