I wanted to share with all my future readers the reality of life.
Through poetry, it makes more sense to open the doors for others.
This story is to give inspiration and reality to stand up and to cope up with our own struggles.
I hope you'll like it.
Motivation. When you have it, anything seems attainable. When it is lacking, it can sometimes be tough to get out of bed and go about your daily activities.
That is what this book is for - to get you the motivation you need in life to sail through every and any situation.
Take 5 minutes of your time a day to read one chapter and get motivated.
This book will be a collection of stories scenes either from my dream (day dream or nightmares) and life experience, which I hope can be adapted to short films in the future :)
Dreams are usually fragmented and have hidden meanings.
If you are interested in contributing yours or polish my scenes, just send me a join request!
P.S. Write down your dream and random thoughts...They can be quite powerful :)
Beginnings are important. Beginnings of stories should be fun, epic, and exciting. But what happens when a story's beginning is so amazingly epic that the thought of continuing the story is daunting and hard? No problem. Publish just the beginning.
A collection of beginnings by Shadow that may or may not become more.
A poem a character? Why not? Grief, triumph, loss, and victory are all fair play. Now who's ready for some inner-character poetry?
All collaborators will be added as idea-contributors, but will be promoted to co-writers once trust is established.
Premise:Claire is just chilling in her backyard on a chilly November evening, though she is supposed to be doing her biology homework. Nothing out of the ordinary.
But the boredom doesn't last long. Sensing the perfect opportunity for chaos, Claire's author sends her a mysterious package that only destroys her world.
Inspiration:Monos D.O.A's Friday Prompts, Issue 1. Also inspired by a running joke with my friends about which ones of us are soulless.
A collection of stories that Shadow writes at his creative writing group. Entries are about basically anything and everything that captures Shadow's imagination.
Basic Premise:A random high school girl's journal. Boring. But this isn't any ordinary high school girl. She's different from most of us. Well, she's not sci-fi or fantasy weird. You'll just have to find out. Sophomore year is not easy for everyone.
Inspiration:My friend and I were dared to write a story containing 20 rarer words in the English language. Only 19 of them made it in, but this is what happened.
A collection of great quotes written by writers on Penana either in writing contests or their stories. Each inspirational quote is presented in graphical illustration to spread the culture of creative and fictional writing.
Apart from inspiring others, it is always good to create and revisit your own quotes as a writer!
"Ideas come fast, but they take time to flourish."
I will use this blog to "run" my ideas and inspirations. I will also link some of my sketches (although I am not too good at drawing) and photos to make it read a bit like a magazine.
The cover pic is my idea sketch book:)
