Seventeen-year-old Daniel Matton, still grieving after his mother's death five years ago, is given the adventure of a lifetime when he's selected as the Star of 3023's PPMC Project for a journey through a black hole, wormhole, and white hole to prehistoric times. Now, does Dan want to be the Star? Heck no, but he has loved paleontology ever since a bittersweet memory with his mom twelve years earlier.

Programmed to resemble Dan's mother's personality, PPMC vows to keep him safe on his journey, but it's difficult when the stubborn teen constantly gets in trouble, not just with himself but also prehistoric anomalies: volcanic eruptions, eight-foot-long millipedes, terrifying saber-toothed cats, and above all... disaster.

Now nearly trapped in time, Dan and PPMC must work together to escape the geologic time scale before Dan's love for paleontology and the mighty Quetzalcoatlus prevent him from learning how to truly trust PPMC and "let go" of the burden that's weighed him down for five years.

A chance encounter with the Legendary Pokémon Miraidon encourages him to use its powers to re-open the time machine and send him back to the time of Paradox Pokémon, where he finds the mysterious android.  All Sada wants is for Arven to have a mother's love. After a trip through time to the future, she is given the gift to bring her son to her; only this gift proves to be nothing more than something that wants to steal her humanity.   At the end of the day, Sada's fate does not rest with the human emotions but Arven's struggle against his infrared. Will he accept Professor Sada's fate, or will the Mastermind of Deception pull him and AI Sada apart before they can call themselves mother and son?                                                                                                          ***

Ian, a technician living in complete isolation in a cave in the middle of the desert, had fixed his phone. But for his phone to be useable, he needs to take it to the capital, a highly futuristic and important city, so that his phone can be verified by the servers there. However, moving towards the capital he encounters a group of rebels who also want to get inside the capital in order to shut down these servers. In sensitive times where dystopia is present and apocalypse imminent, will Ian help with these plans, or will he only focus on his own tasks?
