5100 years ago, the Demon King was vanquished by the combined forces of the human empire and the races. With peace settling in the humans enslaved the races. The slaves taking care of everything the humans started living a luxurious life, free from worry and war.

They made only one mistake. Thinking the demons would now been in dismay, they left them to fall apart. Until now there was no sign of them moving. But the peace won't last long, a new king has emerged and unified the Demon Kingdom.

The humans drowning in comfort and earthly pleasures have no idea of the revenge which is slowly creeping to their very gates.

The first ever male wizard born into the world of Monmarolin was born as a demon. As uncharted territory as this was, the rest of the inhabitants were unsure if he would be a threat to them. They allowed him to live and they paid dearly for it.

He came to power and decimated the demon race, mutating them into a mockery of themselves as his army to bring the rest of the continent to its knees. He succeeded in doing so but not to the extent that he wished. He split the continent and placed his dark magic in between, preventing any being from crossing.

Decades later, he has returned to finish what he started and this time he has developed a new form of evil.

Follow Evander Drayton, the King's Hunter, as he works with the four kings to prepare for full-scale war and is tested beyond his limits in more ways than one. Will he be strong enough to rival the dark forces of Lord Varamont's army or will he crumble under the pressure and let the world fall to ruin?

This is the story of a broken world haunted by the deepest horrors of the human soul, relentless persecution and superstitious hatred, a fanatic war against everything that is not human, and the damned who oppose and never yield to fate. This is not a fairytale.

What to expect:

A deep dark medieval high-fantasy with elves, dwarves, fairies and demons, magic and swords, romance and hatred, and a post-apocalyptic world. This is not a fanfiction of any sort, it's an original story that popped out from my head, and it's very dear to me. I am really happy if you find it worth reading!
