As a nymph, Fei was never supposed to live for as long as a deity. But she made a deal with Ares, the greek God of war so that she could be free to live for a very long time and roam the explored and unexplored lands. In exchange she had to ensure that people will continue to pray to Ares which also meant she had to encourage people to go to war.
As time passed, people have lost their belief in the ancient gods and Ares slowly faded away, as did most deities. Fei was free to do whatever she wanted but she kept her word and worked as a scholar who would gather information during times of war.
Unfortunately, because of certain circumstances she was punished by the eastern gods to live in seclusion in the mountains and never be able to lie to a human ever again.
Now,in the 21st century, Fei resides in the city and has an antique library that also works as a gateway towards the Underworld. She is still punished and still has to work for the remaining eastern deities as gate keeper (she literally keeps the account of who enters and leaves the Afterlife.)
But faces from the past come back to haunt her, especially one that disappointed her and brought the punishment onto her.
Living as a goddess may be good, but what if you became a goddess to entertain other gods?

Title Subject to Change
I've always had a fascination with Greek mythology and this story is my attempt to bring some of my favorite minor deities into the spotlight for a change. It is a work in progress so please keep an open mind. Please comment what you think about my story.
A mysterious boarding school on an island. Myths coming to reality. Monsters from hell roaming the Earth. A sudden responsibility she had to take. Can't life get any better?
At the age of twenty, Alice had stolen almost a hundred purses and a thousand dollars. Then, she was caught. From there, a woman named Dahlia Demetriou sent her to a boarding school for both boys and girls to try and get her habit fixed. But is that Dahlia's true intent?
I'll drop this here: unfinished, and probably would turn up ugly. I don't really read the stuff I write so... yeah!
You'll see "subchapters" like Chapter 8.5, Chapter 8.6, and Chapter 8.7 in my story. Just a heads up.
A world is nothing without sacrifice. Leaders sacrifice face and honor, people sacrifice money and power, and others sacrifice their lives to sustain the balance of their world. It takes only a moment of negligence to set an imbalance to a world, and sets a domino effect of perturbing consequences to lay destruction in its path.
It happens every year in Altair known as Amyths where the story of two lovers are commemorated for being reunited by a bridge across the milky way. However, every two years a single person goes missing, and every two years a new tale is spun.
Imagine they got what they wanted.
The world is clean.
The world is peaceful.
The only difference is, women don't exist.
A young man walks past a dark alleyway to and from work every day. Every time he notices a strange figure lurking in the shadows. He feels pity for the shadow and offers it his scarf. After that encounter his entire perspective on life changes.
"He of Legend."
Revenge It was his only purpose after he changed.
He craved to see them suffer, to see the life fade from their eyes. He wanted their blood on his hands, and he still does.
Only now he has one more desire.
"I know you don't understand what's happening, but this isn't your fault. They think harming you will stop me, but they're gravely mistaken. They will regret ever touching what's mine. I assure you, Eden, they will pay for what they've done."
A twist on the legend/myth of the ancient Arcadian King, Lycaon.
Say you're walking in Central Park; it's dark, storming, but that's not realistic. What normal person walks in Central Park at night, it's dangerous and what cheap person walks in a storm. I mean, really? Shell out the extra fifteen, maybe twenty, dollars for a cab. Now enter Sally Jackson pulling little four-year-old Percy behind her, every so often checking over her shoulder. She was rushing to get back to their apartment before the storm got even worse.
Now that I have set the scene for this story and captured your attention. I will tell you of how Clio Jackson came to be, in a limited style. Because her past is so mysterious that even I remain in the dark.
With it established that Sally Jackson is no normal person, let me give you another scenario. A little blonde girl, barely two years old, huddled under a park bench soaked to the bone and quaking in fear. What would you do? Run far away because little children alone are understandably creepy; I mean we all saw The Shining, with the two blonde twins. Or maybe you'd call the police, but you never approach the girl.
Sally Jackson did just that and took the little girl in her arms. Only noticing the large cut on her leg, which had been why she'd been clutching at it. Being a woman used to the world of Greek "mythology" she took a small canteen, pouring just enough ambrosia to spread over her cut. A precaution in case the child had been mundanely human. Watching it heal the girl quit crying, and then and there Sally Jackson decided that she would come with them. Because why not add another demi-god to the family?
Twelve years later is when the fun begins.
"Yes, the rumours are true. Behold, this is Gadaranine Olesya Eberneus, she is the daughter of the dead Duke, and by law, she must execute her mother."
Sometime after the Victorian Era...
Ara is caught up in the Bane of Atreus. As a female reincarnation of Orestes, she must find a way to change the stories and undo the curse for good.

Steampunk retelling of the myths concerning the family of Atreus
dear infinity,if only i had known that you never were.
she is perfect, and he thinks it’s only fair that he should tell her so in a form of communication that would last as long as her name implied. he wants to let her know that she is his universe, and he is but a small star within it. he doesn’t realize how true that actually is.
