This will be a collection of poems that don't fit under any of my other two collection of poetry, have no titles, and/or are unfinished or rough drafts. Any title suggestions are appreciated. I also take poetry requests if you would like a poem written about a specific topic.

I've noticed that a lot of people have been asking for people to read/critique their stories. So I thought: why not start a sort of book-review blog? People can see what others think about their stories, and see stories that they might want to read themselves. And thus Just A Few Stories was made. Looking for fellow reviewers. All are welcome, drop a comment or a PM if you want a story reviewed!

The following will be poems I have written for my father, who passed away in 2004.

The line between villain and hero isn't always that clear, not to the outside world, and not within ourselves.

Excerpt:

If standing up for someone who is defenseless is villainous and makes me the bad guy, I'll accept that. Because really, who gets to decide who the villain is, and who the hero is? There's two sides to every story. To my mother, I will become a hero, but in the eyes of the law I will be a villain, a common criminal. I won't say I didn't do it, but I will say he deserved what I plan to do the moment he steps through those doors. I'm not a little boy anymore, and I'm done hiding while the rest of the world watches and mocks my mother, never defending her. Tonight, things will be different. I'm a man now, and tonight I'm playing villain.

“What do you want to be when you grow up?”

The question pulled Rebecca Hawes out of her daydream as she looked up at the woman in front of her. It was a question she had been asked many times.

“Ok,” Rebecca whispered, looking up into the eyes of her schools counselor. “I just want to be ok.”

the story of a girl. a girl that saw no future for herself but created one.

Raven Lithrina would do anything to rid her once peaceful homeland from the Asmodeus clan, even if it meant risking her life in search of a place that only seemed to exist in folklore. She would throw her only chance at love away in search of a magic long forgotten, face any foe with bloodlust, even if they weren't the one she truly wanted revenge against. She follows the warrior's call, hoping to set her world right only to find the threat is bigger than anything she imagined. Friends become enemies, foes become friends, and in the end it came down to two choices:Win the war, or die trying.

This poem was originally written for a project for my university class. It does mention child abuse and subjects related to mental health including briefly touching on self harm. I haven't been on here in a while. I'm hoping to go through and edit some of my old writing, and hopefully publish some new works, though I may be slow about it for the time being.Anyway, enjoy

This will be a collection of short stories based on the theme of angels among us: stories that involve "angels" showing up in the strangest places or when needed most. Idea came from the Alabama song Angels Among Us.

i know the grammatically correct wording would be Hope Doesn't Grow in Shadows, but that doesn't flow well with the poem, and you have to take into consideration colloquial language

She told the most beautiful stories every told of heartbreak, loss, pain, and the hurting world. People came from miles around to listen to her tales, entranced by the sad, depressing magic she spun into stories suitable for even a child to hear. But, that wasn't always the case. this is an old fanfiction story I wrote, and I decided to go ahead and post it here as it was posted on fanfiction.net. This was written back in 2012 so it isn't great. I deleted all my stories from my fanfiction account, but this was the only one I wanted to keep.

Yu-Gi-Oh fanfiction I don't own Yu-Gi-Oh....please don't shoot me...I was a stupid kid when I wrote this but It's the only one from back then that I'm really proud of.

Joey has kept the abuse he has been suffering at the hands of his father. When his friends find out what is going on, he has a choice, tell them everything, or save his sister, who he has vowed to protect no matter what. How can he save serenity if he doesn't save himself.

I love co-writing with people, coming up with random ideas for writing topics, including fanfiction, so I may do a few parts based on different fandoms that I have written about in the past.
