The Lands of Ralosia: The Desert
Corri and her friends take a shortcut across the great desert aboard a sand-ship, with the Mecarne Temp's help. Complications arise, and they end up trapped in an ancient place buried in the sands. A temple with some relation to the Goddess. Corri feels some connection to this place as well. All the while a figure with unknown motives follows the group.
The Lands of Ralosia series takes place in a world with individuals capable of incredible feats of strength, animals of abnormal size, and races of people with distinct anatomy and cultures.
This story acts as the 9th entry in the Lands of Ralosia series. I typically try to write each story in such a way that it can be read without reading the others, but this one is definitely strengthened by reading other entries.
The story that precedes this one is called the The Lands of Ralosia: The Weld Mountains
If you want to read a story which contains elements that come in to play in this one, check out The Lands of Ralosia: Earth & Sky

The world of Elleria has just emerged from a bloody world war. The Northerlands lay in tatters, with King Thorvard dead and his family all dead. All except one, princess Zaraline.
Follow Zaraline on her quest for vengeance, where she will right the wrongs that has been done to her family, and to her people.
There are unexpected allies to be found, and enemies at every turn. Will Zaraline succeed, or will she become just another footnote in Elleria's history books?
A/N: As of the moment, the final parts of the story are being slowly added, (thanks college for being as soul-sucking and time-consuming as you are). Once that's uploaded, I'll begin all the major editing, which does include some plot changes. This author's note will change to editing in progress when I get to that point.
So this is just sort of a heads up to anyone who starts reading this, puts it up for a couple months, and then suddenly comes back to a bunch of different shit.
My second volume of poetry, containing a more raw or aggressive approach.
