****PIPER'S POV****
Running, as the vines ripped from around my feet, my once white converse turning a murky brown and green. The loud distance shouting hear as if it was against my ear, a bellowing only a god could stop. The saltiness of my tears running down my face hitting the ground into the marshy puddles. Rain pounding against my head, "never stop running" was the only thing my mum told me before she ran into the night, following her words she did exactly that, as I turned the other way and did the same. I could hear the splashing of other peoples feet in the puddles as they hit the concrete. My heart feeling as if it is about to burst out of my chest, catching in my throat. My lungs trying to get oxygen only to be pushed out with every pump of my legs, my legs once pale and shiny now bruised and bloody. My name being shouted from the trees, the roofs, the side walk, they where everywhere. I had finally been surrounded, I stop, everything in my body telling me keep going, but where do you run to when you have no place to go? I face the night sky, looking up at the so far stars, The moon hiding behind the fluffy clouds. I feel myself fall, Purple, thats the colour that flashes before my eyes, as my body slams into the ground, and my mind settles into a deep sleep.
