I smiled as Jay hugged Minty. "Ya she was whining so I didn't have the heart to leave her home." Alex smiled.
"She's good. Doesn't go jumping on people, drinking their drinks, or anything else so I'm fine with it. She's well train. Just make sure you keep an eye on her anyways." I nod and she pulled away from Jay and stuck her noes in my pocket.
"What the hell is she doing?" Ky asked confused. I sighed.
"Minty sit and be good and you'll get one." She took her nose out and she flopped her butt to the ground. i reached into my pocket and pulled out a red and white peppermint piece. I unwrapped it and handed it to Minty. She carefully took it afraid to snap for it and be snapped at. Jay giggled.
"She still eats those."
"Oh my god." Ky and Alex said shocked. Jay frown.

"Did you just giggle?" Tulip asked giggling for herself. Jay blushed.
"It's the dog. Minty has that effect on people."
"Ya blame the pup." I said and headed for the bar with Minty behind me. She stopped in front of Lexie and sat down looking up at her. "I believe she's part retriever so she's a very social dog. She likes to go up to new people and wait until they pet her so she won't leave your side until you pet her." I said to Lexie as I climbed over the bar. She smiled and knelt down and pet the dog. She was in a black leather mini skirt and a black spegette strapped tank top. She had a brown leather belt on and her black boots. "Oh... okay." She said and knelt down and pet the dog head and the dog leaned into her touch.
"Hey Mint want to get those out so you don't ruin them." She walked over to me and tilted her ear right into my hand knowingly and I took the bows out. "She doesn't care about getting anything dirty, but her bows. She loves her bows for some reason." I said looking up. "Plus it's easier for people to pet her." I said sticking the bows in my pocket standing up. I took my black cop like sunglasses off and put them on the back counter behind the bar with my phone, mints, and the bows. I turned and looked over at Minty. "Don't even think about trying to get the mints. You get one when I say so." She whined knowing what I meant.
"Your dog acts so human that it's scary." Alex said petting the now upset dog. I rolled my eyes unwrapping a mint and threw it in the air above her. She jumped and grabbed it in her hand and flopped back down chewing on the mint. I laughed shaking my head.
"She is so crazy at times." I said and started getting the things together. Alex went and switched it to open and walked behind the counter. The others went with him, Lexie and Tulip sat down on the wall. The bar was a small wooden cottage like building. There was the big bar with the drinks on the shelves and the cups. Then there was tables all around and 7 bar stools at the bar. There was a tv behind the bar on the wall that always is on either the news or sports. When it isn't on we have music playing. It wasn't too big, but we had at least 15 to 20 tables around the room and we had a wall to the left of the bar that separated the room from the stairs for upstairs and downstairs. The wall was short so someone could sit on top of it and it was long enough for three girls, or two guys, and was wide too. There was also a long wall with a counter top for people to either put their stuff on or sit on. So this place was pretty cool.
The wood is all dark wood and nice and homey looking. I pulled my coat off putting it on our separate counter where our stuff is and where I put my other stuff before. I rolled my sleeves back up again and took my hat off.
"Your actually taking your hat off today?" I rolled my eyes.
"You know if I don't Mint will jump up and rip it off. She hates me wearing it." AND sure enough Minty grabbed the hat from my hand and jumped up putting her paws on the counter behind the bar and dropped the hat on our coats. "My point exactly." I said shaking my head.
The rest of the night went okay. Alex left early asking me to close up. Tulip started drinking so Ky took her home. Jay left early too tired. So it was only Minty, Lexie, and I. "Thanks for helping me close up." She nod.
"Of course. It's a lot of work." I nod and finished wiping off the tables. "So..." She said leaning against the counter. I frown looking up.
"So what?"
"I got everyone figured out. Alex is a werewolf, Ky is a shadow, Tulip is obviously a fairy, Jay is a vampire.... but what are you?" I was about to try to cover it up, because no one was supposed to know, but she cut me off. "Don't deny it. Alex, if you didn't already figure it out isn't my uncle, his brother adopted me when I was 8 and I found out they were werewolves because they told me. Alex told me I would be working with other supernaturals so... what are you Jack?" She said sexually as she drew circles over my hand. I suddenly felt a chill go up my arm.
"I have-
"Come on Jack. i have been trying to figure it out for weeks. I give up. What are you?" She asked desperately. I sighed.
"Ever heard of a seer?" I asked looking at her. She frown.
"Ya. Don't they see ghosts and what not?"
"Well that's the highlights. We are pretty much human, but with gifts. Seer's sees ghosts, demons, and other spiritual things. Then we can see other's emotions, other people thoughts as if they were written in the sky, then we see the future, past, and sometimes present. We also can see people's heat. Like their body heat as if it is a trail, like a dog. We have other gifts that we don't even know about. Seer's are so unknown that Seers don't even know half of what they can do. So that's what I am happy?" I said pulling away and going over pulling my jacket on.
"Wow. That's kind of cool." I looked over.
"I guess."

"Your human right?" i asked putting the few mints left in my pocket.
"Nope." I was going to ask, but she grabbed her stuff. "Now it's your turn to try to figure me out." She said and walked out. God is she something or what.
