He then used his noble title to extend Yearning Peace City, with the approval of the noble Myan family, who governed Yearning Peace City, at that time. From then on, Yearning Peace city created the district system, where nobles could extend the city, and call their individual lands districts, with a governor overseeing the entire city, and district mayors overseeing each individual district.
As a district of the city, the noble families who govern the district as mayors must follow the city’s original rules and regulations, but they also have their own individual rights to rule their lands as they wish. This means, each district functions as a separate city to a certain extent.
