John wasn't the kind of guy you wanted to mess with. The twenty-year-old stood over six foot tall. He was the guy you knew not to mess with, the guy that rode a Harley to school, smoked pot in the boys locker room, and busted his fist on more than one person who dared to challenge him. At 20, this was his last chance to retake his senior year of high school.
It all started in gym when Corey thought he was tough enough to take on John. He had snuck up behind the older man, tapping him on the shoulder. When John turned toward him, Corey through a right hook. John saw the fist, moving out of the way before throwing a punch of his own. Before long the two were rolling on the floor while the rest of the boys formed a tight right around them.
"Fight, fight, fight!" they cheered. Bets were made. John was a thug, but Corey was a wrestler, so the odds seemed even. However, John had weight to his advantage, pinning Corey to the ground just as the gym teacher pushed his way through the crowd.
That was two days ago, and Corey wanted his revenge. It hasn't been too hard for him to find John's address. You see, the two had hated each other since the first day they had met. Before John came around, Corey was big dog on campus and he didn't like the competition which was why he was knocking on the door of John's trailor.
"Come in," John called.
Corey opened the door and couldn't believe his eyes. John was sitting on the couch, his nails being painted bright orange by a girl no more than three. An identical looking little girl was attempting to apply lipstick to his lips but failed, smearing it all over his face. Corey's mouth dropped. This couldn't be John, the man who was tough as nails.
"Daddy, who that?"one of the girls asked shyly. John motioned the girls away, telling them to go play before standing up and crossing his arms.
" What the f- what do you want?" John asked.
"Are those yours?" Corey asked.
"You got an issue with that?"
Corey shook his head, trying his best not to laugh. Who knew John was a family man, and to girls at that. "Nice makeup,". Corey said, turning to leave.
" Tell a soul and I'll kill you," hegrowled, and somehow Corey knew he wasn't lying. Good fathers came in all types it seemed.
