After too much use

The grains fall off

The paper crumbles and decays

The sandpaper begins to

Merely become a piece

of trash

I have often

Found that the human

Soul is like

Sandpaper

Easily broken

Easily replaced

Repaired

To become a whole new thing

Humans have

Sandpaper souls

When glass shatters

It forms a new

Substance

Shattering into

Pieces on the floor

A bottle slammed down

A window broken

Someone, something

Thrown onto the floor

Glass bones

Glass souls

Glass hearts

All shatter together in

Unison

Their sound like

A band

A glass drum

Glass guitar

Glass makes

The prettiest

Dangerous

Sounds
