When Anna Lisle finally stepped foot in the coastal town of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina she hoped she would start her new life seemingly uneventful. Especially when she first starts her career as the Marine Biologist at the Rehabilitation Centre where she works. She thought everything would go as planned, but of course, fate as a way of screwing with your plans, a way that is unexpected and  entirely ironic.

Especially when you have a merman as a roommate who decided to show up unannounced and the same merman your employers want you to capture.
