Chapter One
Randal watched the skies over New York City. He was thinking about the stories in American UFO Magazine, that had an old 1940's story on the Roswell, New Mexico, incident. That was twenty-six years' ago. It was now 1973. President Richard Nixon was caught up in the Watergate scandal, and the country's citizens were wary of blacked out news over the break-in at the Democratic National Congress Building, on June 17, 1972. Randal didn't care much about politics, or criminal behavior. The anti-President John F. Kennedy agenda stemmed from the nineteen sixties, a decade or so ago. Randal heard the sound of knocking on the apartment door. He opened it, and saw his girlfriend.
'Good evening, Randal', Maggie Kramer said.
'Good evening. Please, come in'.
''Thank you'.
He closed the door behind him.
