"Libby, can you hear us?" Rain asks as her and her husband work on Libby who they got into the ambulance.
Libby tries to speak, waking up. But it comes out raspy, barely able to breathe.
"Inhaler."
"You need your inhaler?" Rain repeats.
"Uh, rain. Look." Her husband Sebastian says, he works beside her.
"Okay, she is... Heart sounds are off. We need to proceed to hospital. We're no longer treating for just a concussion."
Her husband climbs in the driver's seat while Rain finishes up back and stays with Libby.
They leave the scene, driving off. 255Please respect copyright.PENANAkrpwUaJcYm

Outside, Kacey and Ian are sitting near a tree, Ian hugging his sister close.
Gwen and Maple walk by, not stopping and Gwen gives a slight head nod that it's done. Knife disposed of and Aiden's body left upstairs, untouched.
"To think Shelby fell off the roof. Why was she up there?" Kacey whispers.
"I don't know, but Becky, well Libby? Had nothing to do with it. She was busy taking... care of Aiden upstairs. I don't know what he did, but he must have provoked so she stabbed him and, in the meantime, someone else must have taken care of Shelby "
"And we're covering up the murder weapon, Ian. Aiden's dead."
"I know... They'll never find out who did it. It was a full house, and if no one goes confessing..."
"Our peers is probably the most fucked up generation this sleepy town has had yet... I want to get out of here when we turn 18."
"Yeah? Okay, I'll drive us out, I have my license. But where you want to go?"
"Anywhere. Let's just go to university somewhere."
"Okay, let's do it. After graduation, and we turn 18, we leave that same weekend. We don't own much, and there is a-lot of money in the trust, we'll be fine as long as we use it sparingly.
We'll contact their lawyer."
"I miss them."
"So do I, sis."
"What do you think about Becky? She had her edgy side, but she was still a good person even after what her dad did and her mum died. That's why I loved her.
She went missing, someone in this town did something to her and she comes back like she is someone else with Veronica and Mitchell."
"I don't think Veronica and Mitchell are at the centre of this, they don't seem like criminal masterminds."
"So, who did this?"
"I don't know. Hopefully one day they figure it out, and I guess we'll have to accept who she has become. The girl she is now probably feels scared, lost and abandoned.
She barely knows anyone- Oh, speak of the devil." Ian says, two police officers dragging a handcuffed Veronica and Mitchell out the house.
"They should have been watching out for her, but instead we're making out in the corner."
"Yeah, that. And I feel bad for Shelby's parents, turning up on scene because they are working and having to come to terms with their daughters party got out of hand."
"Shelby's so grounded. Well, if she makes it through the night that is."
"We give you 2nd chances, not even a full 24 hours ago, and we rock up on scene here to find you at a party has booze on sight. What we're you two thinking?
You're done." Says Toby, the Police chief, walking away from Veronica and Mitchell. "Take em down to the station and book em."
"We don't know where Libby is!" Veronica cries out. "And Zekey is at home!"
"We know where Becky is, she's on route to the hospital. I'll send pet services to your address. I'll give your parents a ring and see if they will take your dog back, but I can't promise anything."
Then Toby leaves and out the corner of his eye, he sees the twins sitting under a tree and gives them a wave, gesturing for them to come over."

Triple 0 call was made from address, a female caller did not specify their name. No more information.
We have Shelby Brown, age 17, Female and was found in the driveway, suspected to have fallen off the roof.
Breathing, but unresponsive. Collar was applied in the field." Says a paramedic, bringing her in.
"We'll take her."
"Thanks Dr Jason. I have to go back out now."
A 2nd ambulance comes in. "Brett, 18, Male. Intoxication, deep arm gash."
"I'll take him."
"Thanks, Sara."
Then a third and fourth ambulance at the exact same time.
"Aiden Mercy, 18, Male. Was found upstairs in a bedroom with chest knife wounds. Aid given, his still not breathing un-assisted and blood seems to be pooling in his chest."
Dr Melissa Mercy walks out to the rest of the in-coming casualty and stops dead. "Aiden?" She says as a colleague, Dr Elissa runs past her.
"I'll take him! Melissa, you take the last patient!"
"Becky Winters, 17, Female. Head concussion from a door, slight bleeding.
Been disoriented, struggling to breathe in the ambulance and appears her heart now has Tachycardia." Says Rain as she pulls the gurney in, Sebastian following who is doing what he can to keep Libby breathing.
"I'll take her."
---
Libby drifts in and out of consciousness for several hours, lying in a hospital bed, unaware of the urgent surgery she went under and that, Ian and Casey are also in the room, sitting with me her.
Eventually the brain fog starts to lift.
"Uh?"
"Libby?!" They both cry out.
"Becky, where is Becky?! She is in here?!" Libby says sitting up in a panic, but pain everywhere, she lies back down again.
"Becky?" They asked confused, approaching the bed.
"What are these leads? What is thing in my arm?" Libby cries.
"You we're hit in the head by a door... You we're at a party. Do you remember?" Ian questions. She nods her head weakly.
"Where is Veronica and Mitchell?"
"Uh, Police arrested them amongst other people."
"What?"
"But it's okay, because we are here to, Libby. We want to be your friends."
"Get out."
"I'm sorry?"
"Get out!" Libby screams, a small alarm sounding. "Okay, Kacey, time to go." Her brother says dragging her out as some stuff slip in, running past them.
"Hey, Becky. What's happening?" Dr Melissa asks, approaching.
"I'm not Becky! I'm Libby!" She says yell back, then coughs, clutching her chest.
"Ah, why does it hurt?!"
"You're heart has Tachycardia." Melissa says, taking a seat, gently holding Libby's hand. "Do you know what that is?"
She shakes her head.
"It means your hearts beat is rapid and irregular in your case despite you only being 17 and you we're here not even 24 hours ago.
Test results did not show Tachycardia before, but now they do. There is an indication that... you might actually need a new heart.
We're looking for a donor for you. For the moment, we have inserted a pace-maker. It's a little device, a machine with a computer that is designed to help the heart stay in a normal rhythm.
You will need take things slow from here on out. No strenuous activity, low stress and so forth. We can give all that information to your social worker and he can go over it with you."
"Who?"
"Your social worker, Dewey Samuels. His been working with you for the past year."
Libby looks confused and Melissa bends down to Libby a bit.
"Libby, are you telling the truth about being Libby Biscuit?"
"What do you mean? I am Libby, I don't understand why everyone insists I am this Becky Winters who went missing.
I look nothing like her."
"Honey... You are Becky. Tests confirm it. Your blood, your thumbprints. I know you don't want to hear it, but you are Becky Winters who went missing.
But if you don't want to be Becky, you don't have to be. We can write down in a section that your name is Libby Biscuit and you can be called that from here on out informally...
But you will need to request a name change when you are 18 or get a judge's permission. Although you will turn 18 before that happens. It's only two months away, high-school graduation."
Oh my god, this can't be happening!
Libby stiffens, hearing her for the 2nd time. Is she actually there?
"Becky?" Libby whispers.
"I'm sorry?" Melissa repeats.
"It's Becky, Mel..."
"Uh, okay. Are you feeling okay that we can leave you? I actually need to step outside for a moment."
"Yeah. Can I have some water though?"
"Absolutely, I will bring you a jug. I'll be right back." And Melissa leaves the room, two nurses leaving with her.
Melissa heads to a phone on the walk, picking it up. "Yes, hi. This is Dr Melissa Mercy from the emergency department.
Is their psychiatry resident or psychiatrist on duty? I need someone down here. My patient who needs a heart transplant has also just become a psychiatry case I think.
She... might have a split personality. Her name? Becky Winters, 17, Female. She is in foster care. Her social worker is Dewey Samuel's. Can someone have him call me back? I need to talk to him too.
Okay, thank you."
And she hangs up the phone.255Please respect copyright.PENANA0d8142wWtc

Back in Libby's room, she's lying there, trying to communicate with Becky who finally answers.
I don't know who you are, but we're in the same body... It feels like I've been having a long nap mostly.
And I'm a vegetarian, you dumb-ass. I haven't eaten meat in over five years. If you're going to make me eat pizza, at-least make it vegetarian.... What's your name?
Libby Biscuit.
I'm Becky Winters. Nice to meet you, I guess... Well, our interesting situation is going to be an interesting one to sort out.
Can you catch me up on what has happened? The last thing I remember is-
You know what, nevermind. Just catch me up on what has been happening.
Start from the beginning right through to now, Libby. I got all the time in the world, and it's not like I'm going anywhere...255Please respect copyright.PENANAiLG9DEaWJD
