There is a moment, 754Please respect copyright.PENANAcEsNvdpllA
A split second, 754Please respect copyright.PENANAt6z3moQTHu
Between birth, 754Please respect copyright.PENANAMIdQTBxiMD
And death, 754Please respect copyright.PENANAd2lwqRJOCq
That is called life.
Everything you have ever done, 754Please respect copyright.PENANAVjN7wDOvSm
Everyone you have ever loved, 754Please respect copyright.PENANAdRslFEYw5p
Everything, 754Please respect copyright.PENANAZ3N6SKUKxG
Occurred in that moment.
Whether it be, 754Please respect copyright.PENANA8uq7zfIXpl
One year, 754Please respect copyright.PENANATKRAiXfXr5
Ten years, 754Please respect copyright.PENANAzutP9J324f
Fifty years, 754Please respect copyright.PENANATD1WnrzxWH
Or a hundred,
It was only a moment. 754Please respect copyright.PENANA7iLaexwJHl
But though that may be, 754Please respect copyright.PENANAQVvjw1oag6
The nature of mortality, 754Please respect copyright.PENANAxFWbkCnXrq
There is more to life, 754Please respect copyright.PENANA1Jh0y9SJ1I
Than death.
And though that might seem empty, 754Please respect copyright.PENANApMtjMgpOpH
Know that all life, 754Please respect copyright.PENANAdeqo4uCMnT
Exists the same, 754Please respect copyright.PENANAmzAeJjvmzQ
Ends the same.
So live your life, 754Please respect copyright.PENANAENvKLw6Zyg
Because only you can live your moment.
The Nature of Mortality was inspired by that line in Interstellar (2014) where Matt Damon screams, "There is a moment-" and is imploded by incorrectly attaching an airlock. After all the jokes about the "genius astronaut who couldn't operate an airlock properly," I wrote the line on a piece of paper and stared at it for five minutes. And at the end of the five minutes, this happened. I hoped you liked it, despite the implications of it.
