This is a story from the perspective of a Nequese, a small rodent-like creature that is often used as cannon fodder by villains. Much like a goblin or kobold, they are considered filthy, violent, and general nuisances meant to be eradicated whenever found. The protagonist, Mak, finds himself in the rather odd position of an adventurer in the making, with all of the dangers and prejudices that come with it.
Naturally, this story goes to some rather dark places, so readers be warned.
This is my first attempt at a story, so I apologize for my lack of skill.
"Beautiful," he whispered and I held my breath in, begging him silently to release me. He softly caressed my cheek with his hand. "And all mine." ~The Silver Moon Pack harbors a secret that hasn't been seen for over a century now. A secret that, if revealed, can not only affect the Supernatural world, but the human world too. A secret that, if loved by the right people, can bring eternal happiness and joy. And a secret that, if abused by the wrong hands, can bring eternal chaos and destruction.
Unfortunately for Ariel Weston, that very secret is her.
Dark/ Werewolf Story Used to be called Silver Wolf
We all know 2020 is a bit of a crazy year. I've decided to use this time in quarantine to bring back my free verse, free flow poetry.
Twenty two years ago the world ended. Out of the ashes rose a corrupt faction, the Order, that sought to reorder the world in their own vision. Once they realized that over three quarter of the human population had been given unimaginable evolutionary powers, supernatural gifts the likes never seen before, the world became a battleground. War ensued, and it wasn’t until the last few years that the world saw some semblance of normalcy once more. When the Order fell, the Control took over.
They swore they were better than the Order. They swore they were different. But those with powers, who’d become known as Enhanceds, weren’t so sure. Those without powers, the Nonens, were equally as wary, memory of the wars they’d been forced to fight in still fresh in their minds.
Three main population hubs exist: The Center of Settled Enhanceds, or the C.O.S.E; the Center, and the District. Once known as Seattle, Wa; Denver, Co; and New York, NY; the cities of old are practically unrecognizable.
It’s been a few years since anyone has seen the Order, but there are those who know they’re not really gone…That they’ve just been biding their time to return from the shadows.
Just some poetry I've written in the past, present, and future. Sorry if it comes off as edgy or overly dramatic, I picked the better ones.
I would love some feedback on these, so I can improve this side of my writing so it doesn't come off as bad.
"The tale of darkness, but also, of the brightness that lies beyond,
The tale of misjudgments, but also of amendments,
The tale of cruelty, but also of revolution,
The tale of eternal sufferings, but also of assurance,
The tale of derangement, but also of modification,
The tale of destruction, but also of construction,
The tale of eternal deterioration, but also of never ending improvement,
The tale of random decisions, but also of directed hardwork,
The tale of hierarchy, but also of true equality,
Welcome, to this tale of humanity's relationships,
Welcome, to the grand tale, of THE ANTONYM OF FRIENDSHIP."

The Novak family is in big trouble. Hazmat demons are burning down houses of the infected. Holed up in a room that was supposed to be a swimming pool, the Novaks know they need to escape the COVID nightmare by crossing over to another reality. This is their only chance to survive. Join the Novak family as they escape the hazmat demons by opening up a shimmering portal to the parallel reality. Join them on a wild ride across infinity, as they escape the pandemic to start their life on another Earth. The Novaks visit absurd worlds which are sometimes funny (for example where a wicked witch turns an entire German nation into Girl Scouts with tiaras shoved on their heads) and sometimes scary. Anything goes in infinity and the Novaks need to think fast if they want to stay alive.
Okay, I think this story has been through enough rejections, time to put it on here.
This is a story about a man, a twin, that has decided to finally achieve his dream of being a writer and living a good life, regardless of how he gets it.
He does what he has to do, or, what he felt like he had to do.
Buying land and starting a homestead sounded like a wonderful way to escape the city life that plagues so many, but when tragedy strikes, times get tough, and morals slowly erode. What is that one thing you will be willing to do to survive? What about the one thing you are sworn against? That line in the sand will be crossed, the threshold breached, and the other side of the door explored, that dark place that is the feral human instinct of survival will be laid bare.
He was so fragile, like the flowers his mother used to plant in his back garden, the ones cherry red that wilted too fast. Logan was the cherry red flower, it was when he laid in my lap, our fingers intertwined and my arms around him, that I knew he would wilt to fast.
Just what would you do if the world were to be erased one day, together with everyone else?Would you cry in despair, fill your life with happy moments, blindly try to survive, or would you try to fix everything from its roots? ----Ever since that day, humanity has reached a point of no return.Like a plague, despair quickly took over.Like everything was meant to be deliberated. In the end, even the gods' favors which the humans put their hopes on were but delusions.106 years later, everything was put to an end, and yet, at the same time, everything began since then. With that, I too-"Why did you turn everything back?""To where it starts, to when everything becomes a lost cause."Will live more selfishly
Note: description and title might change in the future 😀**Contains violence and perhaps gore
