Season 2 of 9 Mile. Things will start to spice up a bit this season. Again, I was in high school when I wrote this. Some of it may be unrealistic or whatever, but I don't care. This is my pride and joy. New characters are also introduced this season. Also please let it be known that I am in no way homophobic or condoning of using gay as an insult or using slurs. But again I wrote this in huh school and didn't feel I should edit all of it (I did edit some) because honestly, and unfortunately, high school kids did (and sadly still do) use those terms.
I started writing this my freshman year of high school, all the way back in 2004. I was fourteen. So obviously, the beginning kind of sucks. But I promise it gets better. I guess it's not really novel-esque, but hey, it's my story damn it and I dedicated my whole high school career to this thing. Yes,the names in this story are completely weird, but that is because the majority of the characters are actual people I know, myself included, therefore I have used code names, especially since not everything is true about these people. And also a lot of inside jokes, so if something does not make sense to you, that is probably why. Now I know I am not the best writer, as there have been a lot of pointless, and open story lines, but hey. This was all in good fun. And I am very proud of this story. At least some people think that it is interesting! And yes I have stolen a lot of storylines/quotes from Degrassi. That's because I was obsessed. I truly was. And yes, a lot of things are very unrealistic, but I have also edited the shit out of this story to get rid of some of the dumb stuff my young teenage self wrote. Maybe I could publish this, but would need a lot of editing, lol. Also the name 9 mile came from a dirty joke. If you really wanna know, ask me and I will tell you. So yeah, enjoy!:)
Bella Rose has always fantasized what love is ever since she was a little girl. Seeing her mom and dad show their love and affection publicly, she always admired that about them and dreamed that one day she'll find that kind of love in the future.
After her 37th times confessing to a bunch of dream guys she thought were her true love, in her last year in High School she accidentally made friends with one of the guys she confesses with, met a perverted-badass-looking-softie and her most prized secret possession was found out by a mysterious guy all in the first quarter of the year.
With determination and the help of her "guidebook", she ultimately finds out how difficult it is to look for true love even if you have all the materials you need.
A family just moved into a house near the woods. They were the family who you will call "one big, happy family." The family is complete: a mother, a father, and children living happily with each other. Having dinner at the same time, talking happily. On their family, there will always be the word "happy."
Andy and Abby Conway have two sons and a daughter, who were now teenagers: Mavy, Malcolm, and Mavis. They may be a bit independent now but still remembers that there are their parents who are ready to support them at anything. Also each other.
As they stayed there longer every day, they were informed by a soul that they were in great danger.
They must survive, but with the help of a journal.

Effie White is a 17-year-old girl. A year ago she was broken, if you asked her today she probably would say she still is because some scars can never be fixed until someone sees how to fix the unfixable.
That is until she comes across a group after her tutor recommends she try and find friends and people to connect with outside of college, this introduces her to Annie, Mark, West and Rose along with the rest of the support group for people who need someone to talk to, but what surprises her the most is that a couple of times a week her ex will show up to meetings with the group, and what she soon realises is that maybe everyone is broken but in a beautiful way.
Age: 17Effie White is a 17-year-old girl. A year ago she was broken, if you asked her today she probably would say she still is because some scars can never be fixed until someone sees how to fix the unfixable.Effie has wavy brown hair with tints of red due to dying her hair a couple of months ago, with bright blue eyes, someone like Effie wouldn't usually stand out in the crowd, but Effie is different. She has a disability called cerebral palsy which affects her ability physically, she can't walk and has to have help with a lot of things, including daily tasks. Effie would see this as a bad thing because many people have to come into her life and leave again, this is why she probably tries to keep everyone in her life such as friends and family around her, even if they cause pain and leave her emotionally scarred. After being broken up with a year ago, she is still trying to come to terms with everything that's happened over the past year, from losing her friends to losing the person she thought she never lose and hearing through the grapevine that the person has moved on has taken a toll on her, she's scared to let people in and see who she really is, but what if she came across a group of people who couldn't care less about her past?Annie Summers
Age: 17Classed as the so called "it" girl. Many people think that Annie Summers has everything, perfect family, perfect friends, perfect grades and a perfect boyfriend, but they couldn't be more wrong. In reality everything is falling apart for Annie, her parents are getting divorced, her friends are bullies, she's failing most of her classes except for dance and her boyfriend cheated with her Best friendAnnie has blonde hair, tanned skin and emerald green eyes, has slight issues with how she looks because of her cheating ex boyfriend.Rose McNeal
Age: somewhere between 17 and 19 but unsureRose McNeal is your average girl, but not really. Rose is the quietest person you'll ever meet but when she speaks, you can guarantee it will be the truth. Rose has straight black hair and forest brown eyes with flecks of green and blue, which she hides behind thick rimmed glasses.Unlike the others, Rose doesn't have issues per say, she just doesn't talk. Rose only communicates via facial expressions and rarely ever talks unless it's neccersary, which is why people don't know a lot about her.Mark Burton
Age: 18Mark Burton has issues, and saying anything less would be discriminatory. He has trust issues and mental health issues, which is not a great combination to begin with. With the classic geeky but attractive looks, Mark has been in several different relationships, all of which have ended disastriously in several different ways. Mark also doesn't have a very good relationship with either of his parents or family in general. Mark is in a relationship at the moment but is terrified of making the same mistakes and losing someone else.West Hammond
Age: 19West Hammond has no issues or so he says, because in this day and age everyone has issues, whether there big or small, and when he first meets Effie, everything for him begins to change.
West has the athletic style look with grown/dirty blonde hair and blue eyes, but don't let that fool you, he's secretly sensitive and rather smart on the inside, but no one gives him a chance to show it. Nearly everyone's first impression of West is that he's your typical college athlete and jerk, who doesn't care about anyone's feelings and opinions, until they see him with Effie.Seth Grover
Age: 17Seth and Effie have a complicated relationship, past and present, this is the guy who broke Effie's heart into unrecognisable pieces and left her with no explanation why. He keeps popping in and out of her life.
But Seth has his reasons. Seth may pretend like everything is fine, but that's a lie. He uses alcohol and drugs to try and escape reality but eventually it will come crashing down like a ton of bricks and the weight could be too much to bear on your own with no one there to support you. Seth's family life is very complicated, he feels as though his family doesn't care, which then he feels gives him an excuse to act like a jerk, but when he sees that there is people out there who want to help, will he let them in? Or is it too late for some people to be saved?
Hey! I'm a teenager who likes to write poems in their spare time. I decided to post them here, so please enjoy them! Constructive criticism is appreciated along with any comments.
2 people Roman and Anjolina are in different classes. They're total opposites and they barely know each other. Will these two opposites attract or will they fizzle out and realize a mistake?
I literally got the title for this story in my 6th period class when some kid said, "This is where it all started.....". So, I hope you enjoy reading my book even though I'm a beginner and am trying to get better at writing.
A short story I wrote for my class. May or may not continue...

the life of no one in particularis a short story idea that I got one day when doing a free-write in my cross-genre/hybrid form creative writing class. None of the characters are referred to by name, they are only differentiated by different font formats. The narrator simply shares their life with no one in particular through a series of short sections over the course of time.
This idea came to me the other day and I felt it would be a short story. I pictured a nerd/geek type of person (I love them, nothing wrong with them and I don't mean the term in a negative way). I also pictured something paranormal and strange happening, so voila!
Edison Bates has been the outcast of his small town since junior high school. He hides his good looks behind glasses, dorky clothes, and an old-fashioned hairstyle. His best friend Nora Slater tries to convince him that they will have a great year, but that day starts out the same as it always has. Except for one thing. The afternoon ends in an odd way.
Later, the popular clique soon kicks out Carter Townsend as the most popular guy and takes Edison under their wing. Edison decides that he wants Nora to be his girlfriend and tries to get her to join his new life.
Nora, a sort of outcast but an independent girl that's always had a crush on Edison starts to fear him and doesn't return his advances. The Edison she knows is fading into a contact lens wearing, assertive, new Edison who is now called "Eddie." She refuses to follow him into the cool kids' clique and senses something vile and dark around him. Unwilling to lose her best friend and guy she's in love with without knowing the reason why Nora starts out on a path to discover what changed him.
