Now you have to write a poem, just one. Minimal four rows, but if you want more than four rows, it's better. It can be any genre. You're free.
Make it creative.
You have two weeks for this. So, happy writing!! :)
Everyone has a muse in one form or another. What's yours look like? Sound like? Is it someone you know? Someone you made up? Creator's pick. Like count will be considered!
"...Now I am a lake. A woman bends over me, searching my reaches for what she really is..." Mirror by Sylvia Plath.
Write a (creative) story or poem that has to do with mirrors. It can be deep, sad, happy- however you see a mirror, and what it means to you (or if it doesn't mean anything to you). Take a moment to think about it. *400 words max!
More of an opportunity to write a letter to your readers rather than a contest, take the time and tell those who keep you going everything you'd like to tell them!
Like counts will determine winners, since there really doesn't need to be one!
Almost everyone support shipping, so for this contest write a piece that focuses on the shipping of 2 or more characters. Any pairing, any characters. Your favorite book, tv show, your own characters. I don't care who they are or where they come from just ship them. Just be sure to write what fandom, book, story (yours, or someone elses) and start shipping.
Does it have to be R-rated? No, make it whatever rating you want.
Does it have to have sex or heavy romance scenes? Nope, it can be pure fluff if you want.
Let the Shipping Wars Begin.
This is a contest to prove your musical capabilities. Write a song and post it. Why? Who are you to ask!? Why not? What is a world without music? So prove yourself and write something amazing.
You guys will send me in one-shots! It can be fanfiction based or nothing based. I hope you enjoy.
Poetry, at least in my opinion, is absolutely amazing. However, I feel it's extremely underrated. In my class even, everyone had said they didn't enjoy poetry at all, then we go ahead and read a poem and they loved it!
So, here's the point in this contest; it's simple...
And no, this time, I'm not going to answer any questions because this is POETRY. Anything goes. You don't have to rhyme, don't worry about your stanza's, this is free-poetry, do whatever you what. So if you want to rhyme, or if you want it to be formal (Even a Haiku) then go ahead.
If not, oh well...
I will be judging based on the message given in the poem, and whatever way you may want to give it. Sincerity is needed!
Thanks, and good luck!
