Journey follows the story of Madhav, a 14-year-old orphan boy living in the quiet Himalayan village of Mana, near the Indo-Tibetan border. Haunted by the question “What is life?”, Madhav yearns for something deeper than his monotonous existence. One day, he hears about the sacred 4 Dham Yatra—a pilgrimage believed to bring spiritual peace and answers to life’s mysteries. Inspired to go, but restricted by his financial condition, he learns about an upcoming art competition with a ₹4000 prize and an article-writing contest offering ₹1000. With hope in his heart and paintbrush in hand, Madhav enters the competition, hoping it might fund his journey. Along the way, he selflessly helps an old lady who later turns out to be the host of the art event and the owner of an orphanage. This leads him to meet Prakhar, another orphan, who becomes his companion in both life and the journey ahead. Blending themes of faith, kindness, friendship, and self-discovery, Journey is a heartfelt tale about finding purpose, not in wealth or comfort, but in courage, connection, and a little bit of destiny.
