Poetry from my heart. Whether for venting, or just killing boredom, here is some of my poetry from other sites (and some Penana originals)!
Anne Waters has been receiving letters without a sender... at least, he never bothered to sign his name.
Today, she is going to meet him, face to face.
I'm new here, as you can see by my poor amount of works on my page. I am hear mostly for writing my own stuff, but also for helping others achieve their writing dreams.
Okay, I give advice. Close enough.
So ask me a writing question, and I'll answer it. I've done this before, on another site. Don't worry, I give more than a one-sentance answer. I'll devote an entire article to help answer your question!
So go ahead! Ask me!
In the future, the 'Deformed', people who were born with physical handicaps or limbs missing because of the drug-push in a future society, are killed in an effort to achieve perfection. Her is a story on how one of these Deformed attempts an escape.
It's 2155. There are two groups of humans on Earth: the Genetically-Modified (Gen-Mod) Humans, and the Normals. The Gen-Mods live on the surface world, while the Normals live underground. This was a result of a nuclear war from 2070. Now there's a way for the Normals to finally live on the surface world: By transferring them to a human-life-suitable planet called GH569. There are several cities set up and lived in already by the Gen-Mods. This was to get everything in order for the Normals.
Everything sounds amazing, does't it? For Earth Gen-Mod Cassie; Undergrounders Hannah, James, and Damon; and GH569 Gen-Mod Liam, there's something much more sinister on GH569. They'll uncover secrets about the planet, and themselves. How will everyone react? How will everything go down? You'll see...
Tolla just went to the market for thread. She never expected to come home with a dragon. Well, really, it's more like the dragon came home with her.
When she gets unwillingly bound to a slightly insane adolescent dragon, her life is turned upside down. She's always been quiet, shy, and comfortable in her simple country life, but suddenly she is dragged into a life of fast-paced thrills and danger. It's a nightmare to her, but one that becomes even worse when she learns that her dragon Anichor is part of a larger work of magic. Nothing could have prepared her for what fate is about to make of them.
(I'd love any feedback and suggestions if anyone enjoys this story-so-far enough to feel like putting in their two pence. Enjoy!)
[Updates are likely to be sporadic and far-between unless I suddenly get a lot of unexpected muse for this story. Interacting with the story/me somewhat increases the chance that I'll work on it more. Sorry to anyone who likes frequent updates; such is life.]
