Lucas had prepared us with weapons and food, and tools to get into the museum undetected. It was like he was making sure we knew what we were doing since he kept telling us what tool does what. It annoyed me. Like a lot. After talking to all of us we were sent to bed, Lucas wanted us to have a good nights sleep so we had energy.
Rolling my eyes I woke up the next morning too tired to even get dressed. Rubbing my eyes open I see that Kai was already up, if I missed them then Im screwed. Getting out of bed I stretch out my arms and quickly get dressed into something okay. Gathering my things Into a bag I slide my shoes on as I walk out of the cabin doors. I saw Kai, Maddy, and Brittany standing out there; waiting for me. I rubbed the back of my neck and nervously smiled.
" sorry guys, did I sleep in" I questioned not wanting to know the answer to that
" only like three hours" Kai smiled
" three hours" I yelled " why didn't any of you wake me up" I added
" Pharaoh told us you like your sleep, so we didn't think much of it" Maddy shrugged
" okay cool, where are they anyway" I asked
" their with Lucas" Kai corrected himself a couple times before getting that out
" okay, lets go to Lucas then" I nodded and walked over to Lucas's cabin
All four of us walked to Lucas's cabin, waiting out side Pharaoh and Kyle walked out of it with bags. Ella flew back onto my shoulder, she gave me a small kiss before falling asleep. The two of them told us that we were going to need a big ride into London, so they asked if Lucas could help. He did have an extra dragon in his pockets, which is strange. Pharaoh showed me the dragon, he placed it into my hands. And with that I placed it on the ground and waited for it to get larger, once it did we put all the tools and food in the side pockets it had. I got on first, the rest of them filed on. To make room Pharaoh and Kyle shifted and stayed on the dragon. I glanced down at the controls and was very confused. I asked Kai to help, which he did very good job at telling me how it worked.
" okay, i think I got it. if not then we crashed into a building" I groaned making the dragon lift into the air
" or you could set the location of it and put it on pilot mode" Kai spoke pointing to a plane blue button in front of me

I really didn't think this through, it was a bumpy road ahead of us. Once i saw the city in view I quickly got it to autopilot which the others appreciated. Leaning over I rested on the control system, ready to take a nice nap. It wasn't even 8 in the morning yet. I watched as the tall buildings were past, why did we even come to the city so early in the morning. Isn't this a night kind of job. Guess not.
The dragon landed on the roof of the museum with out me even noticing. We all got off and grabbed our things before they were turning into miniature tools and food. The dragon soon downsized, I picked it up and put it into my pocket.
" so what are we going to do" i asked looking at them like they were supposed to know what to do
" we don't know, aren't you supposed to figure that out" Kai questioned tapping his chin slightly
" you have a point, but I have no idea why we came to the city in the morning" I groaned collapsing to the cemented roof.
" don't hurt yourself too badly Cas, you need that strength for the real battle" Pharaoh chuckled letting a hand out for me
" yeah yeah" I grumbled and took his hand
" I guess we can leave everything up here and walk around maybe" Kyle gave a excited vibe from his voice
" sure why not, but hide it in a force field one of you" I brushed the dirt off of my clothing before finding stairs down to the ground
We all got down to the ground level, everything seemed so New York looking but the people had accents. Which I liked very much about here. That morning we went to a diner, it had great food and a demigod working there. Which was handy. After that we went shopping and I mean shopping. Until dark.
After having free time we went back up to the roof we landed on and got our things we needed. Then we found a window into the exhibits.

" i'll go in, everyone else you know the plan" I gave them all glares before changning into a dress, obviously with them looking away from me
Once I was dressed I headed back down and into the building, which was easy to get into. You just had to say some fancy name and they let you in, was there even a list you had to be on to get in? Walking around I looked out for the stolen treasure, so far nothing was found. All the exhibits weren't even on Egyptian mythology. And with that clue, I knew it had to be in the back. Maybe I could control and guard and make him let me into the back. That would be so much easier then actually pretending to be drunk.
I didn't act drunk, I just acted like a very high class citizen who belonged at the party. I even showed him a blank piece of paper that must of said something important to him. Since he let me into the back.
" now this is going to be hard" I grumbled before looking through all of the boxes
Finally getting to the Egyptian section I looked through the levels of the artifacts before finding the stolen treasure of Ra. Without checking of it was real or not, I hid it in my clothing before walking out of the area. I quickly walked out of the building and climbed a ladder back to the top. Now that was easier then expected. Getting back up there everyone was laying on the roof so tired. " the treasure was stolen before us" I spoke
" wait how do you know" Kai questioned
" because the treasure I have is a fake" I took the treasure out of my clothing and showed them that it was plastic instead of real gold
They all got disappointed, they even woke up way earlier then me to come into the city. We all didn't know what to do, so we decided to stay int he city and find a hotel to stay in for a couple of days. Kai contacted Lucas and told him the plan, which he let happen.
I found a place for demigods, Kai got us a suit with like five bed in the room. Its own kitchen and bathroom, which was nice. We settled in nicely, everyone went straight for a bed. I collapsed onto a bed as well, I was too tired to even think about a late night snack like I'd always do before bed. I watched as everyone slowly got ready for bed, each of their lamps next to their beds went out. Kai's and mine were the only ones on, I laid my head on the pillow and tried going to sleep. But nothing happened. I turned my light off before looking at Kai, he seems disappointed.
" whats wrong Kai" I asked softly
" oh its nothing, just sad that we didn't get here in time." he muttered glancing over at me
" same here, I'm the one who dressed up in a stupid dress for nothing" I smiled to hear him laugh
" yeah, sorry about that Cas" he closed his book before turning off his light
Not a minute later he had fallen asleep. I looked up at the ceiling before closing my eyes and doing the same.
A/N: I know this is a bit shorty then I normally do but I have a really big headache that's not letting me write anymore. So I'll be writing more this weekend, hopefully. I know I have a lot of homework ahead of me so I'll try and get three chapters down tomorrow. If not then you all can yell at me for fun. Anyway, goodnight or whatever.
