Chapter Five
Harry Potter heard the sound of voices in the halls.
'For all sense and purposes, Hogwarts is prone to accidents', Lucius Malfoy said. He stared at the boy, and grinned. 'What are you doing here?', he asked him. 'I'm on the Board of the Ministry of Magic, Potter. There's too many talk about the Leaky Cauldron; there's too much interference. That's why I am going to make sure Professor Severus Snape to be the new Defense against the Dark Arts teacher next year'. He watched the look of shock on Harry's face. Lucius Malfoy grinned. 'My wife, Narcissa, is always wanting Draco to take over from me when he's older. Besides, you're rather proud of serving Professor Dumbledore', he answered.
'And, the point is?'.
'The Dark Lord will return one day, Potter. And you will not survive this year'.
He walked away from him, as the scar burned on his forehead.
