Emerson apologised and began to move around the office preparing to leave whilst Ivy sat on her knees in front of the fireplace. She used the time to decide her fate. If she went with them, which seemed to be the consensus, she’d be in danger and put her people in danger. If she stayed, then the timeline would change and the family she’s never met would be in danger. Who was more deserving? Which ones are truly her people to sacrifice her life? What happens to Rowan? Ivy looked up at the giant man and nodded slowly. She hoped she made the right decision of putting her pack in danger for the selfishness of her heart. Ivy tried to shake the thought from her head, they had to get through this in despite of the prophecy. Prophecies were not set in stone, they can change, and Ivy felt more than happy to create her own fate, with her mate.
