What Does Fall Mean to You?

The prompt is mostly self explanatory. Simply describe or explain to me, in any way you would like, what fall/autumn means to you. Describe how it makes you feel, why you love or hate or don't care at all for it. Make me feel and understand your perception of fall , make me see fall through your eyes. This can be directed at any aspect of the season, any event within the season, anything you want at all.

I will be judging on grammar, imagery/description, syntax/sentence structure, and the emotion you convey through your words. I will also take like counts into consideration, but likes will ultimately not be the deciding factor.

Simply put, I want to hear what fall means to you, in as much detail as possible.

Good luck! I'm very excited to see the entries!

Prompt:

"I can give you anything you wish. There are no limits to the power or prestige you may possess at my command. Say the word and all can be yours."

"Yeeaahh...no thanks."

"...what? Do you understand what you are turning down?"

"I've seen enough horror and sci-fi movies to know where this is going."

"Insolent mortal..."

"Look, if you aren't going to buy anything, I'm gonna have to ask you to leave. We close in ten minutes."

What lead the protagonist to find themselves in this situation? Who is tempting them? What happens next?

I'm giving you a list of words.

Glanceat the list. Don't Google or search up the definition.

Pickone and Thinkabout it, hat does it speak to you.

Scroll down to the definitions. read the definition of the chosen word and Write.

Writeanything relating to the word, in any way.

You don't have to use the word, but you may if you wish to do so.

Şafak

Philotimo

Yoisho

Titihaoa

Shěnměi Píláo

Shemomedjamo

Ratljóst

Datsuzoku

Engentado

Noćnik

Kabelsalat

Şafak-the first skylight seen during dawn or just before the sun rises

Philotimo-"friend of honour"; complex array of virtues that encompasses honour, dignity and pride -- that ideal actions and behaviors, hospitality, bonds and responsibilities between each other

Yoisho-an expression said when flopping into a chair after a hard day at work, usually comes with a long exhale or a loud grunt

Titihaoa-to shout with joy

Shěnměi Píláo-"aesthetically fatigued"; to see so much beauty that  one does not appreciate it anymore

Shemomedjamo-to continue eating past the point of being full just because the food tastes really good. In literal terms, it means, "I accidentally ate the whole thing."

Ratljóst-enough light to find your way by

Datsuzoku-a break from habit or daily routine, an escape or freedom from the ordinary: a life unbounded by convention

Engentado-the feeling of wanting to be away from people and spend some time alone

Noćnik-a person who prefers to travel at night

Kabelsalat-"cable salad"; an unwanted, annoying, tangled mess of electrical cords or wires cluttered and difficult to untangled

Just a little Reminder:You do not have to use the word, itself in your writing. The concept of the word is fine too.

Sorry if the words do not mean what they mean.If you know (a) word(s) in the sum given, and the meaning I have given is incorrect, I am sorry. I retrieved these words of the source below.

As you all know it's spring. Spring is in my opinion a wonderful and beautiful season. What better way to write about it than through poetry?! The prompt of this contest is to write a poem about spring or nature.  Here's a an example.

Butterflies fly,

when the cold of winter passes by.

Bunnies hop,

and raindrops drip and drop.

When it comes to and end,

you will try to follow the rainbow to its end.

Flowers bloom

and tree blossoms too.

It's so beautiful outside I could sing!

It's spring!

P.S. If I chose the wrong theme, tell me in comments. I'm not very good at themes.
