The title is self explanatory, I want to know what makes you happy or sad or you can write about both. Go in depth, tell me why whatever it is that makes you happy or sad does so. Use detail, explain the thing that makes you have these emotions.

Write a poem about anything. It can be long or short or whatever. I can't wait to see what comes out of all these beautiful minds.. good luck.

What's your aesthetic?

"Concerned with beauty or the appreciation of beauty."

Perhaps it's Neon? Vaporwave? Grunge? Pastels? Hipster? Anything at all. Describe your aesthetic.

Think of it as an escape. What kind of visuals, sounds and feelings make you happiest, and appreciative of your surroundings?

Create a haiku, nothing more to it.  However!  You are not limited to one haiku, you can create a few stanzas, so long as they're all in the haiku format.  But, you arelimited to one entry.

Haikus (if you don't know) are poems with three lines, one with 5, then 7, and then 5 syllables.  An example is shown below!
