I've always loved reading fantasy, but only some kinds. I love the fantasy that has werewolves in it. The reason I love werewolves is because I've always thought they are unique. Of course, each and every one of the fantasy creatures are unique--they are fantasy after all--but werewolves are the most interesting one to me.

Vampires might have fangs, mermaids might have fish tails, witches might have magic brooms, but for me, werewolves are the best.

In Wattpad, Werewolf has its own genre. Unfortunately, there is no werewolf genre in here.

Your task: Write something in the werewolf genre.

It can be the beta meeting its omega mate, it can be the warrior going crazy because of the full moon, it can be the alpha meeting its vampire mate.

Everything is up to you.

You can add any other fantasy creatures, but you have to focus more on the werewolf.

Thanks, ciao!

Okay, so this is an easy one.

You have to write about your favourite colour! Easy, right?

But no, not something like "brown is beautiful" or "blue is calming". You aren't going to describe the colour you like.

You are going to write a story based on a colour you like.

So you can pick the genre using your favourite colour, or make the colour something important in your story.

Like, if your favourite colour is red, then write some romance.

Or if your favourite colour is black, you can write something about sorrow or perhaps a thriller.

Example for the second option:

If it's blue then write about the sea. The sea is definitely not a genre.

And don't worry, if you don't know what to write about your favourite colour, just write about your second favourite (or maybe the third).

Three weeks. Starting from now.

No word limit.

Max: 3 entries.

Good luck!

(I might change this crappy prompt to be more detailed and less crappy later...)

Writer's block is something we all dislike. It makes even something you really like hard to write.

It's hard to write sometimes and you just feel stuck.

So here I'm going to give you ten random first lines to help you with that.

1. He opened the door to find her standing there, crying.

2. The text message simply said 'very clever'

3. That summer seemed to last forever.

4. She looked around quickly, to see if everything had been stolen.

5. "What happened when you woke up?"

6. He watched, helpless, as she slammed the door shut on his face.

7. "Where are you taking me?"

8. No one had ever told her that her mom has a twin.

9. It was the trip of a lifetime, yet something wasn't right.

10. They say everyone who looks into their family history will find a secret sooner or later.

It can be anything you want! It can be a cheesy romance, a half-comedy half-horror... Who knows what you have in mind.

One person is allowed to give at most three entries.

The rest is up to you how you write it and present it. Please keep it PG-13 for the "innocents" out there. ;-)

So, I know a lot of quote contests circulate around this website a lot for contests.  And, like most of them, this one will be a little different from the last.

As the title states, your challenge will be to "Quote The Now."  Which means that you're going to write a quote based on something significant going on in your life right now.  So, for example, if you're in a season of transition, maybe write a quote about change.  It can range from something vague, to something very specific.  I'd like to keep the word count under 50, but for the sake of expression, we'll make the word limit 100.

Another important feature.  This is aLIKED BASED CONTEST.That being said, there's going to be a few different rules...

Rules:

1.) No liking your own issue!

2.) Please take time and read allthe issues.  (I know this sounds dumb, and I'm not saying to read them all word-for-word, but make sure you've given each issue at least somewhatof your attention.)

3.) Word limit: 100 words

4.) Quote must be relevant to contest conditions.

Okay, that about sums everything up!  If you guys have any questions, feel free to drop a question in the comment section.

Sometimes, the most important messages can be conveyed in only a few words. Sometimes, it's hard to find the words to use.Sometimes, you have too much to say.

This time, you only have fifteen words. Value them and write something meaningful (or something random and stupid is fine too. XP)

Example

Silence is more destructive than weapons. It tears you apart on the inside without mercy.

The goal is to write five hundred words or more about a humanoid creature you have created. They must be new and they must not be a part of another story.

The character may have any name you choose, and it may help you win if the name of the character has meaning; I will be searching up the names. You must also explain the features they have and why they have them, or what they use them for. The author must also make it clear if their character is male or female, and adding clothes helps me, the manager, get a better picture of your character's personality.

It may be in story form or informative form, depending on your preference.

The character that wins will be the main focus of the second story I write, though of course it will be a while. During the time while writing my first contest-winner's book, I will be creating the second group of books.

Good luck and may the best contestant win.

Wynter-Rose.

Edit: The characters you enter are able to walk on two legs, though they must have more than four animal characteristics, whether they are visible or not.

Each contestant is permitted to enter up to three entries and no more.
